3D skeniranje, vzvratni inženiring in hlajenje diferenciala

Predstavljamo vam primer uporabe 3D skenerja za izboljšanje hlajenja diferenciala vozila. Z vrhunskim 3D skenerjem Simscan podjetja Scantech smo poskenirali pokrov diferenciala in s pomočjo programske opreme Verisurf ter vzvratnega inženiringa pridobili osnovne elemente. Na podlagi teh značilnosti je stranka ustvarila nov model, ki omogoča veliko boljše hlajenje pri visokih obremenitvah kot serijski model.
3d model je bil izdelan na enem od naših CNC-jev s pomočjo napredne programske opreme CAM assist, ki jo poganja umetna inteligenca. Po anodizaciji, katera je poskrbela za zaščitno plast oksida smo pokrov diferenciala namestili na dirkalnik. Rezultati so izjemni.

We are pleased to present you a case study, using a 3D scanner to improve the cooling of a racing vehicle differential. The stock differential cover was scanned using the Scantech Simscan 3D scanner, and the basic features were created using Verisurf software. Based upon these features, the customer was able to create a new model that allows for much better cooling at high loads than the serial model.
